What do I need to bring to the first consultation?
1. Picture or description of your dress.
2. Picture or description of all other wedding party attire. Color swatches are helpful.
3. A list of all people who will require a corsage or boutonniere.
4. Any pictures, magazine clippings or internet photos of flower arrangements that you like.
5. The complete budget for your flowers.
6. All information for your ceremony and reception.

What is the procedure at JulieZDesignZ?
Initial Consultation: At your initial appointment I gain a sense of your style, needs, and preferences to personalize your special day. This appointment is complementary.

Quote
: 3-7 business days following your initial consultation, you can expect a detailed quote e-mailed to you.

Save the Date
: Upon deciding to work with JulieZDesignZ, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve your wedding date and will be applied toward your final balance.

Finalization
: 30 days before your event, we meet again to go over the details and make sure that nothing has changed since the last meeting. At this time, 80% of the bill is due. 7 days prior to the event, the final balance is due.
